Licenses are for a full year, August to July. New users are charged pro rata to the following August.

Payment within 10 days merits a 20% discount, making the fee just £432 per user - or £36 a month.

Installation, initial training, upgrades and telephone support are included in the licence fee. There are no extra charges.

For clients with cashflow constraints, we can arrange payment by monthly instalments at no additional cost.
